How long does it take before my shipment arrives? |

It will take up to three business days before your items are ready to ship + the time of delivery. If you would like to request a rush order delivery, please email us with an inquiry and we will give you an estimate as soon as possible. |

What discretion is shown when shipping my purchase? |

Sunflower Pipes will send your purchase via UPS in a tightly bubble wrapped package. All packages are addressed to the sender from ‘Sunflower’ in order to insure your product shopping privacy. |

How delicate/fragile are the glass pipes? |
| A. |
Glass is breakable. With that said, some glass pipes are quite strong. Inside Out pipes are very durable and rarely break when dropped. Concrete is Kryptonite to all glass and should tread on lightly. Try to have a safe storage box to keep your prized possessions in. As we frequently say, The art of smoking should be highly respected. Each delicate glass piece is one of a kind. Cherish them. |

How do you clean glass pipes? |

For more information on cleaning our products as well caring and maintaining them, please refer to the Sunflowers Pipe School. Otherwise, soak your glass pipe in alcohol for 45 minutes. Rinse your pipe with warm water and be amazed. Your pipe will instantly look brand new! |

Do I need a screen for glass pipes? |
| A. |
No. If however you are adamant about using one (as some of our customers are), try making your own. Use a small pebble or bead prior to packing your pipe. It is functional and eye catching. |

Do you do returns? |
| A. |
No. Please email us however, in the event you find a defect with your product. We will gladly replace the item on all valid claims. |
